From Shadow to Freedom
There is a yearning deep down inside of me
A desire, a need, a craving to be free
Let go the load, the past has sent me
Flying at last striving no more to BE
That picture of the souls mask
but ready now to do the task
that oneness has sent me here to do
courage and faith quicken my soul anew
I drink the waters of the light
so now at last I have the sight
to perceive the inner world of the soul
stretching out to be one with the eternal whole.
