A Classic poem called Footprints. You may of read it. I find in my own life it isnt a lord who carries me when I am low but in fact my true self. We use many words to describe god but I like to break it down to one – YOU. We are our own gods and in knowing that allows you to take responsibility of your reality through all ups and downs, hurdles and obstacles.

My lovely friend Lucy sent me this poem in January because the words spoke to her. They may do the same for you. The lady who wrote this beautiful poem is a lady by the name of Oriah Mountain Dreamer, who wrote a book by the same name.
