Without self awareness there can be no consideration
The following poem is from a great book called “Dream Healer” written by a young incredibly gifted distant-energy healer known only as ADAM. It explains the relationship between healing and learning. The only true connection to knowledge and healing is that which we learn for ourselves.
‘If’ is perhaps even more relevant today than when Kipling wrote it, as an ethos and a personal philosophy.
I thought this was intelligently expressed.

A Classic poem called Footprints. You may of read it. I find in my own life it isnt a lord who carries me when I am low but in fact my true self. We use many words to describe god but I like to break it down to one – YOU. We are our own gods and in knowing that allows you to take responsibility of your reality through all ups and downs, hurdles and obstacles.
