Simon on the Sofa is a selfish journey of truth! a contribution, a dance and the answer to a question I asked myself – Do I want to be part of the cure or the cause of what I judged to be not serving us a species from what I have seen along my journey.
4 years ago my awareness shifted infinitely. I was driven by a force to break out of my conditioning and explore this idea of love and truth. I decided the only way to explore truth was to uncover my own lies and explore how love and truth was showing up for me. I knew to do this I was going to have to communicate truthfully in every way, to myself first and then out to the world because I noticed that the biggest fear is the fear of being ourselves completely stripped bare.
From 100s of conversations the experience of transparent communication emerged.
