This is the second session letting you get involved on the sofa. As you know the sofa is aimed at self-awareness and ways to nurture the unconditional love within us all. Asking questions is a powerful tool in getting to know who you really are. I am sure the answers that follow these sessions will support us all while we embark on a journey of self discovery. Please read and absorb the questions and email me your insights with a picture and ill put them live.
1) Is awakening spontaneous or can we do something to get there?
2) Changing habits/addictions is difficult, what advice would you give to somebody wanting to transmute their destructive habits/addictions to more positive beneficial outcomes?
3) There is a lot of uncertainty on the planet at the moment and people can feel some sort of big change approaching. Everybody feels time is speeding up. Many mention 2012 when I talk to them and it will be time of mass change because of planetary shifts already occurring. Change is constant every second and most of us fear change. Are you feeling a shift in your reality or is it fear of the future causing people to worry more than usual?
4) Nobody truly knows what the future evolution holds, it’s all speculation or associating past cycles to predict future outcomes. We constantly either live in the past of live in the future which both cause fear and stress detaching us from being aware of NOW. Why do we do that?
5) Many people say get out of the head and get into the heart. What does that mean to you?

I am sure you will benefit from their words. I have closed entries for these questions but do answer them yourself and if you would like to be involved then do send it to the second session above.
