Greetings fellow travellers

This is the first website that you haven’t made yourself which is all about YOU. How about that! If it’s about you then it has to be about me also because we are all entwined like one big ball of cotton.

So have a read, take your time, there is no rush. Changing your life is a process, Some people pay for shrinks, some people pay for personal coaches, and some people just pay for anything!

What I have realised is that the only support you require in life is from your true self. You have all the answers you require. You have the ability to do what needs to be done to live the life of your dreams. You have the truth deep within you. Yes it’s been forgotten, misplaced, hidden, covered up, smoked and drunk but its there, Believe me….

We have been desensitised, we have become numb and unaware of the beautiful creations we are, and we have detached ourselves from the life force within and all around us.

So this is me sharing a bit of me so that you can maybe find a bit of you because believe it or not there is a bit of me in you and a bit of you in me………… (No nasty thoughts now)

Follow me on a journey as I unravel the onion skins of fear that keep us from ourselves. And if all goes to plan…”no expectations of course”… Then maybe just maybe we can all unite to change the dominating energy in our lives to positive.

Wellness involves an open, positive, responsible and participatory attitude towards one’s own well being.

I’m doing it, the question is can I encourage you too?

The path of a healer is to allow others to know how to heal themselves.

“Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he feeds himself for life. Teach him how to make a fishing rod, and he will teach his children the same”

That’s what this site is about, self awareness.

How can anybody have consideration if they don’t have self awareness? until we have self awareness you cannot really fathom a lot of what I am sharing. Until we have consideration for ourselves we are definately not interested in the state of our lives, society, the planet or any other human being. fact.

So take a look around, remember it’s a work in progress, I don’t actually have any definite direction (the journey is the destination an all that) I’m just sharing. There are links to other websites on the Links page on the right,  you may like their information too. I have listed some Documentaries to watch also. There are some beautiful poems and blog posts to read and some photography that may inspire you. Even a little bit of music to listen to while you read. The complete package I hear you say…..

I urge you to look within yourself, if you feel ready that is. But if you have found yourself here in cyber world on this site then I guess you are more than ready.

when we connect to ourselves it really can free us from illusionary fear.
